Real estate agents: full name, email address, phone number, city, professional information.
Consumers: full name and email address.
Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal data is used for the following primary purposes:
- User account management
- Property listing publication and management
- Subscription processing and billing
- Facilitating contact between agents and consumers
- Platform security and fraud prevention
Secondary purposes: Analytics for platform improvement. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases necessary for service operation:
- Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google: authentication via Google Sign-In. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
How to exercise your rights: Send an email to soporte@mudanova.mx with the subject line "ARCO Rights". Include your full name, registered email address, and a clear description of your request.
We will respond within 20 business days of receiving your request, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
