Description of Service

Mudanova is a real estate listing marketplace for Mexico. Mudanova facilitates the connection between real estate agents and individuals interested in buying or renting properties. Mudanova does not act as a real estate broker and does not participate in transactions between agents and consumers.

Eligibility

To use Mudanova, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Real estate agents must hold a valid license or operate legally under applicable Mexican law.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with third parties. Mudanova will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Agent Obligations

When publishing listings on Mudanova, agents agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties.
- Have authorization to publish each listed property.
- Not publish duplicate listings.
- Not include false or misleading prices.
- Not use misleading photographs or images that do not correspond to the property.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.

Consumer Obligations

Consumers agree to use the platform in good faith. Agent contact information is provided solely for real estate-related inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, source code, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Mudanova / EasyOnDev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content uploaded by agents (photographs, property descriptions) remains the property of the agent. By publishing content on Mudanova, the agent grants Mudanova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content on the platform.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription fees, plan terms, and cancellation policy are detailed on the Plans page. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you accept Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

Mudanova is not liable for:

- The accuracy of information published in listings.
- The outcomes of transactions between agents and consumers.
- Failures in third-party services (payment processing, authentication, etc.).

The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the Federal Civil Code. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico City.

Modifications

Mudanova reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
